This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for campaigns and payments on Influenaire.

1. Brand Campaign Fees
15% Campaign Approval Fee
This fee is non-refundable once a campaign has been activated, because it covers:

• Campaign review
• Influencer matching
• Platform infrastructure
• Fraud prevention
• Customer support
• If a brand cancels a campaign before approval, any deposited funds minus processing fees may be refunded.

2. Campaign Funds
Brands may request a refund of campaign funds ONLY if:

• No influencer has been hired
• No deliverables have been submitted
• No funds have been transferred to influencers
• Once an influencer has completed or submitted work, campaign funds cannot be refunded.

3. Influencer Earnings
Earnings paid to influencers are non-refundable after approval.

4. Disputes
If there is a disagreement between a brand and influencer:

• Influenaire may step in to review proof
• Partial or full refund decisions are made at our discretion
• We may request screenshots, links, proofs of work, or communication history.

5. Withdrawal Fee (₦500)
Withdrawal fees are non-refundable, even if:

• The bank delays processing
• The influencer entered incorrect banking details
• A withdrawal is canceled after being initiated

6. Payment Errors
If a payment is made in error:

• Contact support within 24–48 hours
• We will investigate and resolve when possible
