Influenaire ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform connecting advertisers with users, rewarding users for engaging with targeted online ads. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform.
Definitions:
- "User" means an individual who creates an account on Influenaire.
- "Advertiser" means a business or individual who posts advertisements on Influenaire.
- "Content" means any information, data, text, images, or other materials posted on Influenaire.
User Agreement:
1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Influenaire.
2. Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
4. Prohibited Activities:
- Posting harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Using automated scripts or bots.
5. User Rewards:
- Influenaire reserves the right to modify or terminate user rewards at any time.
- User rewards are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Advertiser Agreement:

- Advertisers must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advertisers are responsible for ensuring ad content accuracy.
2. Ad Approval: Influenaire reserves the right to approve or reject ad content.
3. Ad Placement: Advertisers may select ad placement options.
4. Payment Terms:
- Advertisers must pay for ad space in advance.
- Payment processing fees may apply.
General Provisions:
1. Intellectual Property: Influenaire retains all rights to its intellectual property.
2. Disclaimers:
- Influenaire disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Influenaire is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
3. Limitation of Liability: Influenaire's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user or advertiser.
4. Indemnification: Users and advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influenaire.
5. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
Data Protection:
Influenaire is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
Termination:
Influenaire reserves the right to terminate or suspend user or advertiser accounts without notice.
Amendments:
Influenaire may update these Terms without notice.
Acceptance:
By accessing or using Influenaire, you agree to these Terms.
